We've been bringing martial arts to Shawnee Oklahoma since 1994. At TMAC, we primarily teach TaeKwonDo classes with a mix of other martial arts styles (Karate, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ), and more) for kids and adults. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for you to learn self-defense, and to encourage you through your martial arts journey.

We strive to be examples of martial artists with high standards and ethics both to other martial artists and to the community.

We seek to instill pride, self-confidence, self-respect, self-control, and self-motivation in our students through organized drills, exercises, and activities. In short: we build character. Our emphasis is with purity of the art, and functional self-defense and self-improvement. If we discover something that we believe can help us become better martial artists, we will use it!

LIL' NINJAS (AGES 5-6)

Introductory classes to Taekwondo. Great for teaching your kids hand-and-eye coordination, flexibility, and to expend their energy in a positive way; parents are welcome to join the class with their kids!

BASICS CLASS (AGES 7+)

Our primary class, all ages welcome!
Learn basic TaeKwonDo skills and basic self-defense techniques, along with a blend of techniques from other martial arts styles.

TEENS & ADULTS (AGES 13+)

Martial arts classes that are fun, empowering, and provide a great workout for teens and adults.

TAI CHI (AGES 16+)

An introductory martial arts class that's great for muscle strengthening, flexibility, and balance.
